The new Claims Management Ombudsman, a Financial Ombudsman Service, is now up and running and ready to assess complaints about Claims Management Companies.
CMC’s should make a note of this link: https://cmc.financial-ombudsman.org.uk/ and any contact details listed on the site to ensure they are providing their customers with up to date information about complaint handling.
The site also provides contact info for CMCs who are dealing with complaints or need to contact the Ombudsman during complaint resolution.
