It has come to our attention that a number of companies are falsely posing as supervisory bodies and prosecution services, and threatening businesses via email. This notice is to inform you that this is a scam, so please ignore any emails of this nature.
Emails may state that your business is not GDPR compliant, and threaten to enrol you onto a ‘non-compliance register’. This register does not exist.
